What to wear?

It is important to wear loose fitting clothing to ensure there will be no restrictions during treatment.

How long is treatment?

Initial appointment will be 45 min to give enough time to go through health history, full assessment and treatment. Follow-up appointment will be individually based not time based but typically is approximately 20 min.

What to expect after treatment?

Every individual will respond differently to treatment but generally patients feel some soreness that last 1-2 days. It is recommended to walk, bike or swim when or if a patient can.

Is it covered by insurance?

Insurance companies generally cover Osteopathic Treatments, just check in with your insurance provider for coverage details. NOTE: I am affiliated with the OOA- Ontario Osteopathic Association which is recognized by insurance companies and you CAN claim treatments with me.

What can Osteopathy help?

Osteopathy can help but it not limited to:
